Kimo loves acting, and he’s good at it. He dedicates himself to his craft, auditions relentlessly — he’ll do whatever it takes. But he’s always too brown, or not brown enough, or just…not enough. How many times can one play “the waiter?” Set in 1980s Honolulu, Kimo the Waiter follows a man in love with a dream of a world where everything is within reach. You just have to want it enough.
